Women's Only Self-Defence Classes

 

St Austell Boxing Club has launched a new Women's Only Self-Defence course, running every Thursday night from 8pm to 9pm. The six week programme combines boxing, self-defence techniques and fitness training, with strengthening and conditioning included throughout.

Classes are open to all abilities and are designed specifically for women who want to build confidence, improve their fitness and learn practical self-defence skills in a supportive environment. Whether you have never set foot in a gym before or you train regularly, the course is structured to meet you where you are.

The format covers three core areas. Boxing fundamentals give you a solid foundation in technique and movement. Self-defence training focuses on real-world awareness and practical responses. The fitness and conditioning element builds strength and stamina alongside the technical skills, so you leave each session feeling genuinely stronger than when you walked in.

At just £5 per session the course represents exceptional value for what is on offer. A six week commitment works out at £30 in total for structured, coached training that covers skills most people never get the chance to learn.

Classes run every Thursday night from 8pm to 9pm at St Austell Boxing Club. The course runs for six weeks and is women only throughout.
